MANILA, Jan. 6 (PNA) -- The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Tuesday said that traveling along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City will be much faster and safer by next year as the agency finishes the grand development of the highway's eight-kilometer span.
