Family celebrates Rosh Hashana, Jewish new year

Happy New Year! While it sounds a little early to break out the noisemakers and ring in another year, it is exactly the right time for Jewish people. Rosh Hashana (head of the year) started at sundown Monday and ends at sundown tonight. The holiday is an opportunity for families to celebrate together.
