• BURGLARY: Joel A. Nagel, 17, 247 Hawley St., lower apartment, was charged with second-degree burglary Thursday morning. An Adam Street man complained to police on Tuesday that his apartment had been broken into. Investigation turned up Nagel as a suspect, according to the police report.
