Authorities confirm cigarette started fire that killed 3

Investigators with West Metro Fire Rescue Wednesday morning confirmed that the likely cause of a fire that swept through a Roxborough Village home in August, killing three young adults who lived there, was a smoldering cigarette left on a porch.
