Chotpas feel the pinch

5 July, 2009 - Hundreds of people from Kanglung and Yongphula witnessed yet another successful Yongphu chotpa (a 400-year-old festival). But, as they left for home after being blessed at the festival, there was a gloomy situation looming large, according to organisers of the festival.
