MS - Highest Teen Pregnancy Rate in the U.S.

New research from the CDC released yesterday reveals that Mississippi, with 68 teen births per 1,000, has the highest teen pregnancy rate in the country (the national average, in case you were wondering, is 42 teen births per 1,000, and the lowest rate is 19 teen births per 1,000, in New Hampshire).
