Cooperative Extension Could Remain Under Legislature's Budget Plan

The Erie County Legislature on Monday approved an amendment to the proposed 2009 County budget that would keep the Erie County Cooperative Extension operating for another year, but with a significant reduction in the amount of requested funding.
