DeKalb School Board OKs improvement plan

DeKALB — The DeKalb School Board approved by a 5-0 vote Monday a district-wide improvement plan as well as improvement plans for individual schools that did not meet Adequate Yearly Progress benchmarks set by the No Child Left Behind Act.
