Traffic signal at Carroll Lane and SPID will be down Friday

CORPUS CHRISTI — Commuters approaching Carroll Lane at South Padre Island Drive Friday morning should expect delays or take alternate routes. Traffic will be controlled by law enforcement officers from 9 a.m. to noon while a TxDOT crew replaces the traffic signal controller.
