HOUSTON----Genesis Energy, L.P. announced today that it will pay a regular quarterly distribution of $0.33 per Common Unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2008. The distribution will be paid on February 13, 2009, to Common Unitholders of record at the close of business on February 3, 2009.
