SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (AP) - A moderate earthquake has rattled Southern California. A preliminary reading by the U.S. Geological Survey shows a 4.5-magnitude quake struck Thursday night about one mile south of San Bernardino, a city of about 200,000 people.
