Farewell to the Chief

An open house for Osseo Police Chief Mike Haller took place Dec. 30 at Osseo City Hall. Chief Haller retired from his position at the end of 2008, after 19 years and seven months of service. Here, Haller stands with all the recognition plaques and certificates he received at the open house.
