Ministry readies for golden jubilee Zinjanthropus skull find festivities

The Olduvai Gorge, a prehistoric site situated within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, will mark the 50th anniversary of the finding of the famous Zinjanthropus skull in the gorge from June to August 2009 so as to encourage both local and foreign visitors to assist Tanzania in its efforts to promote the country as a tourist destination in the world.
