Troy Woman Crystal Royal, 22, has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess and sell narcotics, stemming from a February, 2008 arrest. Royal has previously filed charges against Albany police officers, alleging she was unlawfully strip searched. She withdrew those charges, Monday, as well.
