Arrest Made in Wednesday's Bank Robbery

The Monroe County Sheriff's Department arrested a man in connection with a bank robbery Wednesday in Penfield. The sheriff's department says Hoeb Chan, 27, of Dickinson Street in Rochester robbed the First Niagara Bank on Bay Road.
