S & P upgrades bond ratings for city

For the second visit in a row, the city of Kerrville’s bond ratings were upgraded by rating agency Standard & Poor’s. According to city finance director Josh Selleck, the firm came to Kerrville last week to evaluate to city’s water/wastewater system and agreed to evaluate its other debts as well.
