ELKO — Golden Eagle International Inc. today filed a $40 million lawsuit in Elko District Court against Yukon-Nevada Gold Corp. subsidiary Queenstake Resources USA alleging breach of its contract to operate the mill at Jerritt Canyon Mine north of Elko.
