Schools will try to balance play, safety as air worsens for winter

Like snowball fights and building snowmen, dirty air has become a standard part of recess in Cache Valley elementary schools. Valley schools will again look to recommendations from the Utah Division of Air Quality when determining when the air is just too polluted to allow students outside.
