AstraZeneca: relief over Pulmicort settlement

AstraZeneca and Teva have signed an out of court settlement over generic Pulmicort Respules, allowing the British drugmaker to reassure investors over the future revenues of a potential blockbuster. Although AstraZeneca has had to offer costly concessions to Israel-based Teva, the deal secures much higher value exclusivity for a key member of its respiratory portfolio.
