ASHEBORO — Catie Johnson is a glass-half-full kind of gal. The Asheboro High School sophomore says being upbeat comes naturally. “I’m just happy,” she said in a recent interview. “It just works for me. If I’m lucky enough to be alive, I don’t see why I shouldn’t be happy.”
