SEABHS ousts board member; Work to retain public funds

After an argument over recent press coverage, board members of the Southeastern Arizona Behavioral Health Services (SEABHS) blamed Marcelino Varona Jr. for the negative publicity, and in a majority vote Thursday night, forcibly removed him from the board.

Sometimes we get mistaken for sisters because we have a lot in common, but actually we are mentor and mentee, in the Building Bridges Through Mentoring program in Winneshiek County. For almost two years now we’ve been spending time together, having fun doing normal things like going to the park, playing Wii or watching movies in addition to attending group mentoring events.
