Andrew Braverman, a 2002 graduate of Glenbrook North High School, was honored with an Achievement in Radio award for best sports reporteer at the March of Dimes-Nashville awards ceremony Nov. 17. Braverman is a sports reporter and talk show host for Nashville, Tenn. radio station WGFX-FM.
The Board of Jewish Education of Metropolitan Chicago held its annual celebration on Nov. 9 at the Westin Chicago North Shore in Wheeling. This year the event honored the Florence Melton Communiteen High School program. Honorees were greeted during a reception, attended by nearly 125 guests.
