Crash bus driver 'working illegally'

THE driver of a school bus that crashed, leaving a five-year-old girl in a coma, did not have permission to transport schoolchildren, the GDN has learnt. A senior traffic official confirmed he did have a driving licence, but was not authorised to work as a school bus driver.
