DOWNINGTOWN — Authorities charged a Downingtown West High School custodian with an alleged sexual assault of a 15-year-old female student, according to police. Borough police say they arrested Joseph C. Nicholson, 24, of Downingtown, on Friday after observing his interactions with the student on a school surveillance video.
