Asaba — DELTA State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Joseph Otumara, has officially confirmed that there was outbreak of poliomyelitis in five local government areas of the state, just as he called on parents and guardians to bring up their children and wards for what he described as "another round of supplemental immunization".
