POST FALLS -- Post Falls is riding the new wave on dealing with drugs. As a way of keeping medications out of the Spokane River and the hands of at-risk youth, the city is hosting a "medication turn-in" from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at City Hall, 408 N. Spokane St.
