Finally, organic nonfat milk that's tasty

In my house, we have a running battle over milk. A few years ago, my wife, bless her heart, decided that henceforth we would only buy organic milk. From a social, environmental and health perspective, that's a laudable decision. From an aesthetic standpoint, though, the organic milk that you find in supermarkets tastes awful. The corporations that produce it process it with ultra-pasteurization.
