Judge: Buck must stand trial

NEW LONDON — More than seven years after the suspicious death of his wife, a judge has decided that Charles Buck, 62, will have to stand trial for her murder. After listening to testimony from 17 witnesses, Judge Susan B. Handy of Superior Court decided there is enough evidence to declare Leslie Buck’s 2002 death a murder, and prosecute her husband for the crime.
