Panasonic Plans Bid for All Sanyo Electric Shares, Asahi Says

Nov. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Panasonic Corp. , the world’s largest maker of consumer electronics, may buy all Sanyo Electric Co. common and preferred shares in a deal worth about 1 trillion yen ($10.4 billion), the Asahi newspaper reported.
