Dog neutering subsidizedIn an effort to help control the pet overpopulation problem, The Clydey Foundation and Miami-Dade Animal Services said they will offer donor-subsidized ($30 owner co-pay) spay/neuter services for dogs, every Tuesday, in the Clydey Foundation Mobile Unit stationed at the Animal Services shelter at 7401 NW 74th St., in Miami.
