Optimism about the outcome of the election, and the drop in gas prices is leading to increased consumer confidence in New York state. Nationally, confidence is down. That's according to a Siena College research poll.
K-9 Grads Get their Badges

There are some new four-legged members of the Rochester Police Department. K-9's Giro, Bandit and Erno earned their badges Friday. The dogs completed a 14-week cetification and training course with their handlers, Sergeant Gregory Kelly and Officers Cuyler Mooney and Wilfredo Carbonel.
