Hutchison Telecommunications International (HTIL) is in talks to sell its controlling stake in Israeli operator Partner Communications. HTIL has been “approached by various interested parties” regarding the sale, the company announced , and has requested they provide a non-binding indication of interest.

TOKYO, July 10 (Reuters) - Japan's Nikkei average rose 0.6 percent on Friday, with Fast Retailing, an operator of casual clothing stores, advancing 2.1 percent after reporting a jump in quarterly operating profit the previous day.
