Nigeria : From FEC, Yar'Adua Gets Life Buoy

Lagos — Former House of Representatives Minority Leader, Hon. Farouk Aliyu, and the Chairman of the Jigawa State chapter of the Nigerian Bar Association(NBA), Sani Gabbas, secured an order from the Federal High Court Abuja directing the Executive Council of the Federation to determine the fitness of President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua following his long absence from the country on health ground.
