TUCSON, Ariz. - Casa Maria is a soup kitchen, but for many homeless and near-homeless Tucsonans, it's also their sole source of medical care. Casa Maria, on the northeastern edge of South Tucson, consists of three worn-looking neighborhood homes. It doubles as a medical clinic twice per week.
