Filings keep falling

The number of new foreclosure filings in Brevard County dropped slightly in June, the third consecutive monthly decline. A preliminary report from Clerk of Courts office shows 746 new foreclosure suits were filed here last month. That is down from 770 in May, 851 in April and a record 963 in March.
