HOWELL SCHOOLS: Officials green-light film on teen drug use

The Howell Board of Education has decided to allow a movie depicting teen drug use to be filmed on property that belongs to the district. Filming could begin at Parker High School as soon as November. The board voted in favor of the project at its Sept. 29 meeting.
