CORPUS CHRISTI — Arnulfo Rodriguez, a sophomore at Robstown High School, was chosen as an Outstanding Performer at the 2009 Texas State Solo-Ensemble Vocal Solo Contest. Arnulfo was awarded a University Interscholastic League State Champion Medallion for his efforts.
