STAFF REPORT A Myakka City man shot to death yesterday in Myakka City has been identified as Wilson Ngov, 43. Ngov was in a home in the 44700 block of State Road 70 East around 4 p.m. when he was shot and killed by Lim Chhea, 77, according to Manatee County Sheriff's deputies.

Staff and wire report Sixteen schools - one of them Buchholz High School in Gainesville - have been cited for failing to comply with Florida's class size limits.The State Board of Education on Tuesday voted to remove $267,263 in operating funds from the 16 schools' budgets. The schools can keep the money but must use it to increase classroom space.
