A six-month levelized power rate could help the Commonwealth Utilities Corp. with prepaid meters and allow customers to plan for utility expenses, CUC executive director Antonio Muña said recently.
State regulators have given final approval to Columbia Gas of Ohio Inc.’s proposed natural gas rate increase, little more than a month after the utility agreed to slash its original request nearly in half.
The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio today adopted an agreement, arrived at between the parties in the case, that allows Columbia Gas of Ohio to increase the rates it charges for natural gas distribution service.
