Runners flock to 5K races

Every year, Tooele’s Kiwanis 5K Freedom Run just keeps getting bigger and bigger according to the event’s 16-year organizer Karen Perry. Last year 290 runners braved the heat and ran through Tooele’s streets. But this year, 410 hit the pavement.
