Gundeti, et al., from the University of Chicago reported on an initial experience with a pediatric robotic assisted laparoscopic augmentation in the execution of a Mitrofanoff appendicovesicostomy. They utilized five transperitoneal laparoscopic ports before docking the daVinci S robotic system.
