CUC lowers electric fuel rates for December

As oil prices continue to decrease, so too have power rates. The Commonwealth Utilities Corp. yesterday announced the fluctuating fuel rate for December is 20.7 cents per kilowatt-hour, down from 27.0 cents in November.
