Authorities arrested a 21year-old Moorpark man who drove his vehicle onto the grass and playfields at Miller Park at about 5 a.m. last Saturday. The man was caught in the act driving a Jeep Cherokee in circles throughout the park while under the influence of alcohol, authorities said.

Jarrauh Mondragon, 24, 1010A Camino Consuelo, was arrested on charges of burglary, robbery, possession of burglary tools, tampering with evidence, larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia, concealing his identity and criminal damage to property after police responded to a report of a 2004 Jeep being burglarized at 4129 S. Meadows Road at 11:34 p.m. Wednesday.
Lowell High Speed Chase Ends in Pool
