— Alexandria police arrested Herbert F. Justice IV, 28, of the 600 block of East Jackson Street, Alexandria, at 7:04 a.m. Thursday in the 600 block of East Jackson on suspicion of domestic battery, D felony, and residential entry, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.
