Commission recommends 5% tuition increase cap for IU, Purdue

INDIANAPOLIS -- The state Commission for Higher Education recommended Thursday that increases in tuition and mandatory fees not exceed 5 percent in each of the next two years at Indiana University, Purdue University and the University of Southern Indiana.
