KOLKATA/SINGUR, Sept. 6: A flicker of hope for a solution to the Singur Tata small car project tangle appeared today when the state government and the Trinamul Congress-led Opposition went “in detail into proposals for land-based rehabilitation scheme in and around the project site” on the second day of the talks brokered by the Governor, Mr Gopalkrishna Gandhi, at Raj Bhavan.
