Madison Police: Man hid heroin between buttocks

MADISON – Two out-of-town men were remanded to the Morris County Correctional Facility in Morris Township in lieu of $5,000 bail, in an incident that began when Madison police stopped a driver for alleged cell phone use, and evolved into the alleged discovery that a passenger was holding six bags of heroin between his buttocks.
