Napocor seeks higher rates in Luzon, Visayas

State-owned National Power Corp. filed a petition with the Energy Regulatory Commission to increase electricity rates by P0.4487 per kilowatt-hour in Luzon and P0.3763 per kWh in Visayas to recover fuel and generation costs of independent power producers in May to June this year.
