Witnesses claim man exceeded 100 mph in fatal car crash

Witnesses in the trial of a man accused of killing a Moreno Valley couple in a 2006 car crash testified today that the defendant appeared to be traveling nearly 100 mph when he ran a red light and plowed into the victims' vehicle.

Mr. Dorsky, 88, of Howell, died Nov. 30, 2008, at Kimball Medical Center, Lakewood. A veteran of the Army-Air Corps during World War II, he was an accountant for Brahm's Chevrolet in Palisades Park for more than 30 years until his retirement in 1985.
