PennDOT official says Fullerton span inspection is set for next week. A week after the Fullerton Avenue bridge over Route 22 was hit by an eastbound truck in a fatal accident, one lane of Fullerton Avenue remains closed to reduce the weight and stress on a damaged support beam.
